Last updated: 10.08.2026 Version: 2026-08-10
1. Provider and contact
Cargos3D is provided by Digital Nomads Ltd., company ID 208417243, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria.
For questions about the service or these terms, contact us at sales@cargos3d.com.
2. The Cargos3D service
Cargos3D is a web platform for entering and importing cargo data, 3D planning and visualization, generating and editing layouts, working with routes and stops, preparing PDFs and loading instructions, and related functions.
The platform is a planning support tool. It does not replace professional judgment, physical checks, applicable regulatory requirements, cargo securing rules or the responsibility of the people who actually load, secure, transport and unload the cargo.
3. Account, organization and access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data, password security and actions performed through your account or organization.
You must not provide access to unauthorized persons or use a single account in a way that bypasses agreed limits, licenses, user roles or plans.
4. Input data and verification of results
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of entered dimensions, weights, quantities, routes, stops, vehicles, restrictions, rules and other data. Platform results depend on that information.
Before real loading, the responsible person must verify the plan against the actual cargo, vehicle, payload, axle limits, center of gravity, securing and applicable safety and transport rules.
5. Plans, payments and renewal
Cargos3D may offer a trial, day passes, monthly and annual subscriptions and custom offers. Current pricing, access period and specific commercial terms are shown at purchase, on the pricing page or in a custom offer.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another stated payment provider. For subscriptions, automatic renewal may be stopped through the available customer interface, with access remaining active until the end of the already paid period unless stated otherwise.
Refund requests are handled according to the specific plan, actual use, terms shown at purchase and applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Acceptable use and security
You must use Cargos3D in good faith, lawfully and only for legitimate business or operational purposes.
- Unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations, plans, APIs, databases or non-public parts of the service is prohibited.
- Bypassing limits, rate limits, roles, subscription access, protections or security mechanisms is prohibited.
- Malicious scanning, scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering intended to bypass protections, request flooding, malware or actions that may disrupt the service are prohibited.
7. Restriction, suspension or termination of access
We may restrict, temporarily suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, unpaid amounts, fraud, abuse, unusual or suspicious behavior, automated probing of the system, an attempt to extract non-public information, risk to other users or risk to the security and stability of the service.
Where necessary to protect data, users or infrastructure, action may be taken without prior notice. We may request additional verification or information before restoring access. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you can contact us at the stated email address.
8. Customer data and content rights
You retain rights to your cargo data, files, orders, plans and other business information entered into Cargos3D. You grant us the rights needed to process that data only as necessary to provide, secure, support and technically operate the service.
We do not sell customer cargo data to advertisers or data brokers.
9. Intellectual property
The software, interface, design, logic, visualizations, brand, documentation and other Cargos3D elements are protected and belong to the provider or relevant rights holders. Unless expressly permitted, you do not receive a right to copy, resell, publish or create derivative versions of the platform.
10. Privacy and personal data
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Where a customer uses Cargos3D to process personal data on its behalf and Cargos3D acts as a processor, the applicable relationship is additionally governed by our Data Processing Addendum.
11. Third-party providers and services
Cargos3D uses third-party providers for infrastructure, database, authentication, payments, email and other technical functions. They may have their own terms and policies. A current list of the main providers that may process data in connection with the service is published on our subprocessors and service providers page.
12. Availability, maintenance and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep Cargos3D stable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, incidents, third-party providers or causes beyond our reasonable control.
We may change or improve features where necessary for product development, security, performance, compliance or user experience.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cargos3D and the provider are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities, penalties, delays, incidents or cargo damage where they result from incorrect input data, an unchecked plan, incorrect physical execution, failure to follow rules or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Termination and data after termination
You may stop using the service at any time. When paid access is terminated, applicable periods follow the selected plan. Data may be retained for a limited period where necessary for an already paid access period, security, backups, legal claims or legal obligations.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, business model, security or applicable law changes. The current version and update date are published on this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where necessary.
16. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, except where mandatory applicable rules provide otherwise. If a question or dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can seek a practical resolution.
